Revitalization First Vote Information
UPDATE: The community received back in the mail or through the drop off methods or obtained from door-to-door efforts 66.5% signing to revitalize the existing community as it has always been. The process does not change anything just reinstates us within the rules of the state and keeps the status quo of the neighborhood we have always had. The packet was turned over to the community attorney before the end of April and has just recently been sent by our communities’ attorney to the state for their review and approval process.
Every owner was mailed their signature voting pages for the revitalization process.
Please sign and return to SSVPOA (see Sample Link below for address to mail the signature pages for your deeded lot(s) back to or physical drop off box location for anytime secure and convenient submitting).
If you are a yes vote to keep the community and its amenities which brings all of our homes value sign the signature line pages as sample instructs and get it sent back or submitted to SSVPOA as soon as possible.
