Bake Sale at December 14th’s Meeting:

Please bring delicious baked goods to donate for the sale!

A charge of $5.00 and $10.00 will be assigned to each item donated and sold to owners in attendance to help raise money for the community’s shortfall. You cannot change any purchases, so please keep that in mind. Paper receipts will be given for all sales made for our community records.

All proceeds go to SSVPOA to make up the 2024 & 2025 Budgetary Shortfalls!

ORDER FORM

Once the board receives enough orders/pre-payments then an order will be placed with the printer.

Orders will be ready from printer within 10-15 business days, and then a board member will deliver to your home in the neighborhood.

***Placement guidelines are in flower beds or by the front door, but not near the street or mailboxes. Treat it as a Proud Lawn Decoration, not signage against the governing documents.***
