Include in the email: The PDF file of the estoppel document(s) that require completion as an attachment, the closing date of the transaction, a working fax number for it all to be returned by, and the time frame completion requested:
3 business day completion from receipt would be $418.00 total (if the seller has no delinquencies).
10 business day completion from receipt would be $299.00 total (if the seller has no delinquencies).
All payments are invoiced and due back to the association within 30 days of the closing date.
Note: If the seller has any delinquencies owed to SSVPOA (the Assocation) then an additional $179.00 fee will be added to the estoppel fee based on whichever requested completion timeframe.
REMINDER: All New Buyer(s) must provide current contact information for SSVPOA (the Assocation) to be able to contact them both in current mailing address if other than property within the community, as well as an active phone number, and current email address (see the linked form below).

As of July 1st, 2024, the State of Florida Estoppel Fee Schedule:
$299.00 standard 10 business day turn around estoppel request.
$179.00 if selling owner is delinquent to the association for annual dues or fees in addition to those outstanding costs this fee will be added to the estoppel charge.
$119.00 RUSH fee added to the standard estoppel request fee for any estoppel request needed with 3 business days turn around or less.
